Meydan Sobha was established as a limited liability company – a 50% free zone company between Meydan and Sobha for the joint venture. Its responsibilities are to develop parks, waterways, forests and open spaces covering 2.4 million square meters (600 hectares) Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR).
