About Project Grand Bleu Tower

The Grand Bleu Tower is a multi-story residential building designed for the Emaar Beachfront gated community in Dubai Harbor. The project is a collaboration between Lebanese designer Elie Saab and Dubai-based development company Emaar. Residents will have direct access to a private beach on both sides of the complex and numerous restaurants and cafes in the building and by the sea. The building consists of two towers on a common 8-storey podium. Tower 1 has 45 residential floors and Tower 2 has 28 floors. Every aspect of the apartments, from the materials used for the interiors, finishes and even the artwork, has been personally designed by Elie Saab, in an Art Deco style. The ground floor will house fashion boutiques, galleries and cafes. The eighth floor should have a pool deck, gym and leisure facilities.
